Return and Refund Policy

- Claims for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved and deemed an error on our part, we will cover the cost of the replacement. - Lost Packages
In the event of a package lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. - Wrong Address
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm the updated address. - Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. - Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including size exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct size and product before placing an order. Any returns or size exchanges are at your discretion and expense. - Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products, such as face masks or sealed goods that have been unsealed, are not eligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons. - Brazilian Customers
Customers residing in Brazil have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if they regret the purchase. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Refunds will not be issued if the product shows signs of use or damage. - EU Consumer Rights
According to EU regulations, custom-made and personalized items, as well as unsealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
